Refunds & Cancellation

This page explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for BeemOS.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).
• You can usually manage your plan via the billing portal link in the app.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated during signup.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a fair and reasonable basis, taking into account issues such as technical problems or accidental charges. Not every situation will qualify, but you can always ask.

To request help with billing or a possible refund, contact legal@beemtool.com or support@beemtool.com with your payment details and the email address used for your account.

Changes to pricing

If prices or plan structures change in the future, we will aim to give clear notice and options before anything affects your active subscription.
